North Portland's Overlook neighborhood will host its 5th Annual Porchfest on Saturday, July 11, and Sunday, July 12, with more than 100 artists performing across 40-plus porch stages.
The festival is free.
OKNA says it is one of few porchfests nationally that pays its performers and is still raising funds to cover those costs. Donations are accepted through the Porchfest website.
Saturday also brings a neighborhood-wide yard sale and a classic car show at the Green Triangle (Overlook Blvd., Shaver St., and Castle St.). A kid-focused event runs at the Overlook House.
Volunteers are needed for two-hour Hub booth shifts on both days. Training is provided.
Organizers encourage exploring on foot or by bike. The full schedule and interactive map are at overlookneighborhood.org/porchfest/.
